A controlled production sequence converts the initial material into expanded network mesh and then into application-specific product forms.

Each AXS production line combines one AXSR machine, which forms the three-dimensional mesh, with two AXSC machines, which convert the expanded mesh into AXS Cylinders. The video shows the production sequence in operation.
